I can’t really talk about any of my supposed virtues, so here’s how my friends describe me:

I’ve got a fair complexion, smart appearance, well groomed and always clean.


INTERESTS & ACTIVITIES:

I attend Islamic circles and lectures.

I like reading, watching and listening to Islamic material.

I enjoy sports and like to keep fit. I try to eat healthily.

I like reading and watching health and sports related material.

I like to keep in touch with current affairs.

I enjoy watching documentaries.

Family are important to me as is being surrounded by good, kind hearted people.

I’ve always tried to observe the commands of Allah (swt) to the best of my ability, and prayed five times a day since I was a kid, Alhamdulillah.

We all have shortcomings, but Allah's (swt) worship and remembrance should be entwined with our lives. Allah (swt) created us and has blessed us, and continues to bless us infinitely; and our reckoning will be with Him on judgement day.

“I did not create the Jinns and the human beings except for the purpose that they should worship Me.”

(Qur’an 51:56).

Allah (swt) should ALWAYS come first. This is the natural balance and the middle path. Even though due to our fallibility we will often fall short, this is the *mindset and *awareness we should have as Muslims and should strive towards.

What I Am Looking For
CHARACTERISITCS I'M LOOKING FOR:

Someone who to the best of her ability lives her life to please her Creator and strives to be a better person and Muslim, and helps me become one too.

Practices and observes the fundamentals of Islam:

*Prays five times a day

*Zakat (if applicable)

*Fasting

*Wears Hijab and Abaya (outer garment). If not the latter, dresses modestly and understands the principle of the Abaya and is open to this, Insha’Allah.

*Conscientious of halal and haram in everyday life.

* Places importance to her honour and self-respect.

*Conducts herself - in her thinking and actions - in a manner befitting of a Muslim woman, of the hijab; and which shows respect and does justice to her own family.

Love for Islam and compassion and consideration for her fellow Muslim Brothers and sisters around the world.

Sincere, Family orientated. Kind, Caring, Warm, Intelligent, has Self-Respect and a Good Character, Pure Hearted has a good sense of justice

*Priorities right; Islam, Family; then career etc.

Someone Gentle, Loving and has a Compassionate personality. Someone who will be supportive and will strengthen my deen, and in turn I will do the same Insha’Allah.

Easy to talk to and a good listener and I can be same for her Insha'Allah.

Someone who as well as a wife; a companion in life's journey, will also be my best friend and I can be all of that to her too Insha'Allah.
